Shipping & Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your Alovay kitchenware items swiftly and securely across India. All shipments are packed in heavy-duty protective boxes to prevent any damage during transit.

1. Shipping Charges

• Free Express Shipping: Available on all orders with a cart total of ₹999 or higher.
• Standard Flat Shipping: A flat ₹49 delivery charge applies to orders under ₹999.

2. Processing & Delivery Timelines

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST are dispatched the same day from our Rajkot hub. Delivery takes 3 to 5 business days.

3. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available across 18,000+ PIN codes in India. You may pay the delivery executive via cash or UPI scan upon delivery.
